At Xfana, we are committed to delivering high-quality products and complying with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Please read our Shipping and Returns Policy carefully.


Shipping Policy

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

For custom or printed products, processing times may vary depending on design approval, production time, and order volume. Any delays will be communicated to you.


Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, peak periods, or unforeseen circumstances.


Domestic Shipping (Australia)

We currently ship within Australia using reliable courier services.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.


Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
Xfana is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. Additional shipping fees may apply for re-delivery.


Damaged or Lost Orders

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos (if applicable). We will assist in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.


Returns & Refunds Policy (Australian Consumer Law)

Change of Mind

Under Australian Consumer Law, we are not required to provide a refund or exchange for change-of-mind purchases.

Due to the nature of our business:

  • Custom-made, printed, or personalised items are not eligible for returns or refunds for change of mind.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

You are entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if a product:

  • Is faulty or defective
  • Is damaged in transit
  • Is significantly different from the description
  • Does not perform as expected

If this occurs, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, including:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and packaging

We will assess the issue and arrange a suitable solution in line with ACL.


Minor Faults

If the issue is minor and can be fixed, we may offer a repair or replacement instead of a refund, as permitted under Australian Consumer Law.


Return Conditions

If a return is approved:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition (where applicable)
  • Returns must be authorised before sending items back
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by Xfana for faulty or incorrect items

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
